About
The current leader of Kingsvalley. Married to Duchess Magdina and father to Rupert. He hired Gruntia to find a way to enter the Nether to impress the Crown. When the Crown denied this request, he received approval from Nathaniel Crowley to continue the work.
Later upon investigating a strange hole, an eruption of dark energy placed him in an unresponsive state, and left his wife and son missing. His retainer, Groggle, cares for him in secret. Groggle is a Netherkind changed into Munduskind through Light based alchemy, a truth known only to Cedric.

After Kingsvalley's fall, Duke Cedric was moved to the Grand Sanctum in St. Stylinson, alongside Groggle and other refugees from the city.
