Unfortunately, due to years of failing crops, slow reconstruction, and an inexperienced young government, Gandry was neglected, leading to a mass exodus into other, more prosperous settlements. Gandry fell apart and was almost removed from the Imperial maps until a group of settlers decided to rebuild the once-proud region.
